This is Part 2 of my Trap mixtape series. I can’t seem to get enough of Trap right now. I’m known for classic Hip Hop and a lot of the people that grew up listening to me on the radio don’t really understand why I dig Trap music. I feel like Trap is experimental and creative where a lot of other music these days is just the same shit over and over. Trap reminds me a lot of the old days when DJs would buy a sampler and jump in head first making beats. It’s interesting cause I was always beat driven when it came to classic Hip Hop, for the most part, I never really cared what the MC’s had to say as long as they sounded good over the beat. Trap producers today don’t even need an MC. It’s all about the beats and the bass. Like my friend Raquel says “it sounds good in my car”. I could go on and on about this cause there’s so much I want to say but I can’t stand writing. I’ll let the music speak for itself. If you get it then you get it. If not I can’t help you, to each their own.
